HE’S AT IT AGAIN!

Naveed Andrabi has been at it again, the prolific run-maker breaking more records at the ACG in the 1st XI’s 90-run victory over Pannal 2nd XI on 11th August 2018. The Arthington skipper yet again led by example in registering his 4th century of the season before being cruelly run-out for 124.

The match-winning innings gave Naveed another batting milestone and in the process broke 2 more club batting records. His century was the 9th of Naveed’s hundreds for the club, which now sees him hold the record for most league hundreds after overtaking Jo Nash’s previous record of 8.

Naveed’s knock also saw him pass 2,000 runs for the club, in record-breaking time. He passed the milestone in only his 31st match, which is the quickest ever in the club’s history. Naveed is the 11th player to reach this mark, and ironically he now needs exactly 100 runs to break into the top 10 run-scorers of all time for Arthington.

Congratulations Naveed from all at Arthington Cricket Club.
